I have known Donna since we were both in high school. Her multiple talents and originality have placed her on a pinnacle in my eyes.

Donna Riggs continues to enjoy a diversified career, all using her artistic skills to meet creative demands.

An accomplished Graphic Designer and Illustrator, Donna received a record number of design awards from the Hearst Corporation while working as an editorial and computer artist, page designer, and feature illustrator for the Houston Chronicle.  Her popular innovative 3-D sculptures and illustrations graced the covers of the 5th largest newspaper in the country for over three years and landed her a feature spot in Cosmopolitan Magazine’s story on, “Women in Journalism”. 

Her design skills made her the choice for designing the cover of the Society of Professional Journalism’s National Conference Magazine, the Society of Interior Designer’s call for entries, and later she was featured in the industry’s, Presstime Magazine.

With years of experience in newspaper advertising, Donna honed her skills to include Production Artist and is proficient in all graphic software on PC and MAC platforms.

Donna used her experience as an International Marketing Director for a major Franchise system, her experience as an Art Director for a multi-state wholesaler, and her experience on the Arthur Andersen marketing team, to start her own small business helping tiny businesses benefit without big agency costs.

Founder and Producer of Saturday Night Out, Inc, not-for-profit organization, is a place where she utilizes all of her skills in supporting the performing arts.
