Donna became a fashion designer for Tian Collections, a clothing manufacturer based in New York City, where she designed Misses sportswear, including designing intarsia sweaters.
Later, she designed and sold her own line, called Oh Donna!,a high-end denim line that took the casual fabric to a new, sophisticated level with contrasting specialty dyed colors and rich embellishments.
As the owner and operator of her boutique, called Girlfriends, she sold her own fashion designs to working girls, professional women, socialites, and a few Soap Opera Stars.
Donna's love for theatre inspired her to start her not-for-profit entertainment production company, called Saturday Night Out, Inc., where she designed and constructed over 800 costume and clothing pieces for an annual show. With her sculptural skills she designed and built all of the sets, and also directing the shows.
